"Worst experience of booking a taxi ever!
Not able to get through over the phone, unable to view booking on the app!
The first cab co I was booked with called and cancelled and an alternative was made available on the eve of departure even though it was not communicated to me I had to call to confirm my booking! The send can co called me to cancel my booking leaving me with no alternative and not much time to organise an alternative so I was left having to scramble at 23.00 when I had to be up to go to the airport at 04.00 the next morning. Worst service ever, never to be repeated and I would warn people never to use the service as sit is extremely unreliable and very unprofessional."
